Based on the information that you will provide, we will make a tentative treatment plan and treatment cost estimate. (There can be some changes in treatment plan and cost after we do your complete assessment at our clinic.)
After you go through the treatment plan and cost estimate, you can fix up an appointment for yourself.
Kindly inform us about your availability and travel plan. Do not forget to carry your prescription of medications if at all you are taking.
